This has to be short, since I am currently at work and could likely get fired for posting a diary on this website. I plan on attending my local caucus tonight and possibly standing up (“voting”) for a Republican candidate. I know a lot people on this site like Ron Paul for his anti-war stance, I too favor not killing people, but I was going to vote for him for an entirely different reason, to highlight the craziness of the Republican party. I don’t doubt Mitt Romney will be the eventual candidate to unseat the President and I think the President is up for the challenge. Voting for Ron Paul tonight, if it does anything except put me in a group full of partially insane men and disgruntled college kids, I think it could make Mitt adopt one or two of Ron’s crazy ideas, which in the long run would be good for the President’s reelection.
If anyone else has some good ideas on who to cast my ballot for and a reason for doing so, I am all ears, or eyes.
